Shipping Policy

Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your confirmation. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is accepted and a shipping notification once dispatched.

Payment Method
All orders are shipped on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment must be made in cash upon delivery. We do not accept advance payments, cards, or any digital payment methods.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We work with trusted courier services to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Depending on your location and order size, your shipment may be handled by different courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Local deliveries: Generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days
  • Remote or rural locations: Delivery may take 5 to 8 business days
  • International shipments: Estimated delivery between 7 to 15 business days, subject to customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, courier delays, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping fees will be communicated during order confirmation. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Missed Deliveries and Redelivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a notice. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, please contact us to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 business days by emailing [email protected] with photos and your order details. We will address the issue promptly.
