Returns
At Aria Paths, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In such cases, we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item does not meet our return criteria—such as being used, damaged, or missing parts—we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back to you.
Refunds
Once the returned item passes inspection, refunds will be issued in cash only. Refunds will be arranged directly with you, and no bank transfers, credit card refunds, or digital payments will be provided.
Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of the returned item for the refund process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been used or altered
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Customized or special-order products unless defective
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item. We will promptly work to correct the issue by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
